Conventional Loan with 3% Down!

shutterstock_86319943Do you have excellent credit but just haven’t been able to save a down payment for a conventional loan? What if I told you that we can offer a conventional loan with just 3% down.

You would probably say, get out of here, no way not these days!  Well, yes way!

All kidding aside, this is just one more program that Brenda Wild and Jeannie Swords can offer you.

Here are some of the guidelines to this program:

1.  720 FICO
2.  Eligible properties include one unit single family attached and detached, attached and detached puds (no condos)
3.  2 months reserves
4.  3% down payment from borrowers own funds
5.  Gifts are allowed after the borrower has made the minimum 3% down payment from their own funds
6.  Seller contributions up to 3%
7.  Primary owner occupied properties (no second homes or investment properties
8.  Mortgage Insurance required(current premiums are lower than FHA)
